Group Exercise
With three NEW group activity studios that feature state-of-the-art sound systems your ensured NS&F has something for everyone. Our cutting edge classes mixed with elite instructors guarantees you the most exhilarating classes you'll ever take. We offer over 60 conditioning & cardiovascular classes each week to meet your every fitness need. Spinning
Experience this super intense stationary cycling class that gives you the feeling of the open road. Cruise through your workout in our NEW Spinning Studio as the music takes you to a higher level. Participants should arrive at least 5 minutes early to adjust cycles and prepare. It is recommended that you bring a towel and water. Click here to view the current class schedule.

First Club Visit/ FitStart Orientation
The First Club Visit is the first step in our extraordinary FitStart program. FitStart is an individualized, flexible fitness program that includes strength training, heart rate training, and group exercise based on your needs and goals. The FitStart program truly is "flexible fitness" because we realize that each of our members has unique and different needs. Through this program, a personal trainer is partnered with you to build a professional, nurturing, and motivational relationship as you identify your goals and develop a program to achieve them. The first club visit is your initial one-on-one session with our certified personal trainer who will help you become comfortable with the club's equipment, activities, staff, and other members.

FitStart Personal Training
As a continuation of your FitStart First Club Visit, we offer new members an affordable opportunity to continue personal training. FitStart PT consists of three 45-minute personal training sessions. During the three sessions you are able to experience the variety, specific exercise selection and motivation that a certified personal trainer provides. 

Lose Weight the Right Way with Optimum Results Heart Rate Training
This trademarked cardiovascular program is easy to follow because it uses your heart rate as a guide. Heart Rate Training will help you lose weight, burn fat, relieve stress and enhance performance. Optimum Results is a time-tested program based on scientific research that delivers results! It incorporates principles of recovery and effort with variety in exercises, time and modalities. Your personal trainer will introduce you to Optimum Results as a part of your FitStart program.  .

Swim Lessons
Lessons are available for both children and adults - from beginners to advanced levels.
